Mahzor for Yom Kippur

Maḥzor is the original term used to refer to the Sun or Moon cycle. In  Ashkenaz, it was used to refer to the cycle of Jewish holidays in particular from the 13th century onwards. A maḥzor contains a collection of prayers for a specific holiday, in this case solely for Yom Kippur, the day of atonement.
